I absolutely have no doubt in my mind that Englewood Hospital neglected my mother and that led to her death. One of her doctors was watching a football game as we listened to him say there was not much hope. In the most uncaring F@#K you voice I have ever heard. His back was to us looking at the tv as he spoke. When she died she had a bed sore the size of a grapefruit on her back. They did not care. If I were struck by a truck right at the doorsteps of Englewood Hospital and I had a breathe left in me I would say take me anywhere else, please.

Englewood Dr and Nurse staff are real awesome. The nurses take care of you as a family member considering your pain as theirs and treat you real quick. Agile Service is the word. The nurses wouldn't mind helping you repeatedly and never consider you bothering. Both L&D staff and the Mother-Baby unit staff are competitively kind and supportive.

The doctor in the ER was very knowledgeable and courteous. The nurses were nice and attentive. However, the clerk who takes insurance info at the end of the visit and brings paperwork - was incredibly disorganized and incompetent. She kept running in and out of my room, saying she didn't know what is going on, and didn't know whether the doctor still needed to see me again. Then she would disappear for 20 minutes and not come back to give me any answers.
