Went there with chest pain due to airbag opening during car accident. Was told "sorry we can't help you"!!!! Because of no-fault something. Did not listen to heart, nor take BP. No X Ray. NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN. Reporting to NYS Dept of Health

I walked in with influenza. They gave me an antibiotic that made me worse as it gave me diarrhea. I was sick for a further 10 days.

My wife went here a few years ago, while we're on vacation. On vacation again, and I needed to see the dr this time, so Riverdale Urgent Care was our choice. Dr. Sims helped me, very friendly and caring. The staff is friendly, the office is neat.

Don't expect the smiling faces you see on the website, there are none at this practice.
Myself and my 5 year old were there at 8.30am, there were 3 patients, and so hardly struggling under the pressure of a busy day.

"Dr Vasquez what's going on?" said the doctor as she entered the room and stared at the computer screen without looking at either myself or my child. I assumed she was talking to the medical assistant and so didn't answer. Is this a professional way to greet people?

She had zero compassion and no bedside manner when attempting to swab my child's throat for a strep test. She was brusque and unfriendly.

Why is there a T.V. in the examination room?
