Overall. Experience. Was okay. Until the last day here when we had breakfast .you pay all this money stay here for a couple nights. And you cant bring any food. Up to your room thats beyond crazy. So my recommendation. Dont stay. Here the staff. Is very rude

I had an excellent experience the staff were professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was well organized with an array to choose from . The scenery was stunning!

Nice, modern hotel, clean, the only thing that bothers a little is the mold in the shower. Breakfast bar was good, they even have a bar, where you can go for a drink in the evening. Staff was nice, too. Could be a little friendlier.

I stayed at the Royal Regency Hotel for my best friend's wedding... What an exquisite boutique hotel and amazing venue!! Would highly recommend for a stay or to host your social or professional event. All of the staff members were friendly, professional, and accommodating... they really go above and beyond! The rooms were very clean, dinner & breakfast was simply delicious. Thank you to the staff for excellent customer service! Would stay here again.

The Best of the Best: It is not often you leave a hotel feeling as if you were residing with old friends!
My stay at your hotel during the weekend of May 14, 2017 was above extraordinary! Your team from the Front Desk staff, Restaurant Barmaids, Housekeeping was phenomenal.
The Royal Regency Hotel provided me with an unexpected and very welcomed customer service experience. The facility was clean, esthetically pleasing and the grounds were manicured and full of fragrant blossoms. A nice welcome to the beginning of Spring. Over the years I have had many opportunities to stay at hotels and resorts, but I cannot recall a time that I experienced a more enthusiastic, customer focused, and the overall team members attention to detail. This facility is one of the best of the best. I have not experienced anything like it in years. I would encourage anyone looking to stay in the Hoboken area to seek out this facility for their travel accommodations.
