I work with V. Salas the best agent in this business, she's very polite and helpful, every time that I need Geico polices she was able to get me the best rates and service for our mutual customers. In other hand, if I need something additional and I need to deal with another person, they give me hard time to fix issues or provide answers.

It do not help customers in need, just for new customers. I do not recommend ir to no one. Better call 1800 instead

We switched to Geico and really did save hundreds of dollars. We went through the Geico local office in Yonkers. Melissa was thorough and patient assisting my wife with signing up for our multiple policies. We later had an issue with a liability policy with a property owner where I store a vehicle. I went to the office and met with Weezie who was great. She took a lot of time speaking with me and my property owner and his insurance carrier to resolve the issue. She could have very easily told me that it couldn't be done, but she didn't. I was not only relieved, I was impressed. I will recommend the Geico local office to all of my family and friends.

The sales rep at the dealer Recommended Germany Jimenez after their in-house agent gave me a high quote on car insurance.
Having the local Geico office a few steps away from the dealer, I decided to take a walk . Not only I got a very low quote, (much lower than what I was being offered by other companies) but I was finished within 15 minutes.

Germany was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the different policies and products being offered. She answered all my questions thoroughly and clarified any doubt I had in mind. She also explained to me how In the future I could lower the insurance even more and offered coverage for my home.
I even got a welcoming gift. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family looking to acquire or switch insurance companies.

Germany is by far the best agent i have ever dealt with. She goes out of her way to make sure things get done. The entire office is great. Its a place full of Gems. Thanks guys for all you do.
