Horrible branch will be going to Scarsdale from now on. The worst one of all is the branch manager Aleema.

The worst Customer experiences ever, have appointments for 8:30 don't even pay attention to you but stand behind the teller counter and BS. Oh my favorite "customer service Representative" Nadia, where did they find this lazy excuse of a human being doesn't want to do anything to help a customer, not the type of individual to go above and beyond for anyone. Don't know why they even put this branch here when I would rather just drive to Scarsdale.

My expirnence has been very very very poor. I must say I began banking with them about 2 weeks going on 3. This is the bank I began to go to and since then I have gotten no help. The attitude these woman give really turns me off! First time I've written a review and I just felt compelled . I am so dissatisfied with the service from this branch .
