Everything you need it to be. I went there for treatment of my recovering ankle after a car ran over my foot and fractured it. They had me do some stretches and exercises to fix up the muscle. Every time I left I was really sore but the next day I can feel my motion getting better and less painful.
The staff is proper and friendly. They're very professional like when they critiqued me for taking off my camwalker and rightfully so. Their set up is a large room with exercise machines and bikes set up at the windows and beds for stretching by the walls. They never over schedule so it isn't overcrowded but there will be a few people there.
