Our first time here at IHOP. Really enjoyed the breakfast. We ordered Chicken crepe. It was good. Our server was very polite and helpful and food came out really quick. The ambiance was decent.

Please don't waste your time going to this location, I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a high end restaurant instead a fast food location, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard. Food was mediocre compared to other locations ( Central Ave.) Service couldn't be worse, a whole bunch of teenager that we're more focused on talking to each other that service the clients....

Well on that particular day it was great. The new omelette they had on the menu with steak avocado onions.....OMG. Maybe it was the cook because usually the food here is mediocre compared to other locations. It didn't take long for us to be served and we left very happy.

Always super busy! Some of the staff has attitude and some of the staff is really nice. Kinda seems like they are disorganized. Food is always pretty good except for the apple cobbler.

This place it a hit or miss, one day the service can be excellent and on other days it can be the worst service ever. This place is suitable for a small or median size family but not big groups. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible and so is the entrance. If it is busy you might wait 20-45 minutes.
