The service is a capital SUCKS. We went there on 9/22/17 at around 8:50pm & asked the receptionist for a table for a PARTY OF 8 (needless to say that we were all there in front of him). We came with 4 adults & 4 children. The receptionist gave us a paging device & told us that our WAIT TIME IS 40 minutes，so we said OK. We waited our time until our paging device was called. When we went back in around 9:38pm，the receptionist told us that our table is for a PARTY OF 3，& the Manager told us to wait ANOTHER 50 minutes. Everything went down from there. If you are an employee of such a company like “The Cheesecake Factory，” you carry the reliability of that company under your badge/name tag & KEEP WHAT YOU SAID TO YOUR CUSTOMERS or atleast compensate. Our kids are starving & nobody even offered a drink or something. Given all that，the Manager told us that they`ll look for a table (we waited another 30 min). Then they told us that our table is being cleaned，& we were like “FINALLY.” 20 minutes after，we were still standing at the front IGNORED. So we left WITH THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT.
A MESSAGE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS BRANCH: Our family kept our end of the deal when you told us to wait. Why can`t you keep yours? We don`t even mind for us adults waiting，but our kids were also there. To the receptionist that night，how can you mistake A PARTY OF 8 vs A PARTY OF 3 when we were all there right in front of you?

Wait time was good being so late at nite. No complaints at all about the food, Very tasty. Service was good. My only real concern was the restroom. Toilet paper every where on the floor. If some did have to use the facilities there was no toilet at all. No it was not their fault that toilet paper on the floor but some job is to make sure that it is clean.

Came here with my nieces to celebrate their birthday. Hostess was very friendly, especially to the girls. The waitress Mia was very nice and helpful. She made sure the table got their food and drinks in a timely fashion and recommended the chicken-mango salad. The food here is always great and the service is too. Keep up the great work.

Went there for lunch with three other people. The place was not busy at all. Ordered two cocktails and 20 minutes later they were brought to the table. We already finished our bread and two appetizers by the time the cocktails came. Sat there another half an hour to wait for food. Ordered one more cocktail and took another 20 minutes before that was brought to us. By the time we finally left it was over two hours at lunch. The wait for food and for cocktails is way too long. Our waitress was very nice the food was good but it's still too long of a wait.
