Terrible, the first time I went my nails were crooked and the polish was streaky. This time the owner did my manicure and polished my nails after filing them. She didn't bother to clear the shavings of my nails. When I complained she asked me to show my nails to other customers and told me if I didn't like it not to come back. Accused me of not wanting to pay AFTER I had already paid and gave a tip! I won't go back a third time!

I loved this place. Where to start ? The gentleman who works the place was the first person who greeted me immediately. I did have gel nails on , but he explained the different style nails they used and that they do not even do gels , which honestly was a gosend since I truly hated the gels because of the weight and general look. I was pressed for time and even offered to split the appointment into two . the first one to as a soak off and cut down, second for the replacements. Than my savior named Chi came in and completed everything in under an hr. I truly believe one of the causes for the complaints here is a language barrier issue and peoples lack of patience who those learning the English language. I will be returning bi-weekly and am thankful to have stumbled onto this little haven .

If I could I would have not given them a star... Where do I Begin? Customer service was HORRIBLE. I called a week in advance for an appointment on my birthday for Three people- Two Gel Manicures, Three Pedicures and one manicure for my young daughter. Upon arrival we were told to sit. We waited an hour for service, to come and find out they had limited Gel colors approximately 20 colors to choose from. We were left with no resort but to use a different technique that they specialize in called A.N.C ( which cost a little more). I was highly dissatisfied, the nails were all different shapes and sizes. Some nails were thicker then others, horrible filing shapes some were not even (square was the requested shape)no consistency what so ever. On my child's manicure and pedicure they did not follow up with a clear coat. 1 day later my child's nail polish chipped. The two days later my gel powder lifted from my natural nail. I then went to get it fixed. One of the ladies (whom seems to be in charge) decided she would fix it by adding nail glue. I kindly asked her not to, because that nail glue would damage my natural nails ( since they advised me that there A.N.C product would help nail growth and it was a natural product) she proceeded any way and I showed her the gel was still lifting. She jerked my hand and told me to sit and was very rough, rude and did not fix my nail properly. I bled a little from how much she filed the sides. I will NEVER return and give my business to them. Nor will I EVER recommend this place to anyone so much for trying a new place.

Very Clean. New anc nails. They do a really good job. Also they are very organized.
