Just moved back to Yonkers in late May this year and I am now on my third framing job with Phil. He does excellent work, is straight to the point and delivers when he says he will. He is a real New Yorker who won't suffer fools gladly but he is a good guy who takes pride in his craft. I would definitely recommend him.

I brought my Mom's Christening gown to Westart that she wore in 1943. Phil designed a shadow box that turned out beautiful. This has become the most treasured piece in my home.

Good selection of art, but horrible customer engagement. This is rude and a completely unprofessional image of the store's services.

West Art does the best work in the area. Phil has a great eye and can turn anything into a work of art. Great prices too!

Found the work to be top notch. Prices were more reasonable than Manhattan, and turnover time was good.
