Lol, the only rating here is a five star rating and it's by him! This man is an asshat who cares about one thing and one thing only his payment. He totally messed up my prescription with a 3 minute exam, got my new glasses went back to The Retina Specialists of Cleveland and they said they were not right because I tested three lines better with a pinhole test. Went back to him at Walmart and could here him crying the blues saynig what am I suppose to do about it. I get in the back then he says your insurance didn't cover your glasses or exam. That's funny because I paid cash for my glasses. I have Medicare which all the time I have had it has covered the exam. This is all he wanted to talk about the 48 dollar exam not the fact that he gave me a poor exam and wrong prescription. Very unprofessional and argumenative. DO NOT GO TO WALMART VISION CENTER IN CIRTLAND OHIO FOR YOYR OPTICAL NEEDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET PISS POOR SERVICE AND NO RESPECT! Also this place new damn well I had Medicare for my exam ahead of time too. He said he won't accept it cause it's a pain in the ass....then why take me on knowing very well that's what I have. Stay away!
