Ordered a Whopper meal around 9am they made me wait 29 minutes to freshly prepare the meal the the fries were freaking cold and my burger was still red and bleeding in the middle the bun underneath had soaked up blood on it!! I took one bite and noticed if I didn't look at the baby I'd probably be have food poisoning right now and all they could say is sorry! No it could have mad me or anyone sick it should have never happened can't even eat out anymore?! Ridiculous!

Understandable that sometimes the work load can get hectic, however when you have to ask for condiments to accent your meal because they're not readily available. That's not saying very much for customer service.

I have been coming to this bk for years. Tonight was the first night in a long time that someone very nice was working the drive thru.
