Automatically charged gratuity for a party of 2 and told they always do so. I've been there about 10x and never charged automatically.
The amount of gratuity was over 20%. I will never eat there again. I always tip but you can't make me tip what you want. Manager told me olive garden does it. I regularly eat at restaurants and no local restaurant makes you pay a given tip percentage without telling you. Nowhere does menu state this. He then said you could sit down and eat an app without being charged. Good luck staying in business.

I had the best lunch @Papa's today. I was visiting a friend in the area and needed my yellow rice fix. The best food I've had in this area and the fried chicken had me reminiscent of my NY days. Great job, now open a location in Cleveland too for those in need of PR flavors/cuisine.

My husband and I have ordered take out twice now...first time we tried their awesome authentic Puerto Rican food. Got an array of items from the menu. Everything was awesome. Tonight was pepperoni pizza and it was the best pizza I can remember having in a long time.

I will give them this, the food is amazing.
However, when my office ordered lunch today and had somebody pick it up, they forgot to put my meal in the bag. I had the receipt, but no food.
When we called back to try to remedy this, we were told we were lying. They eventually delivered my meal to the office. They tried to charge us again, but we I had the receipt. The driver called the owner from our office to explain the mishap. She said we "ate the food in the way back to the office". Completely rude. The driver had to hang up on her. I'm so disappointed that this was my first and last experience.
