Called, guy answered, had to repeat phone number 4x, hung up and called back in case we had a bad connections, called back, he could hear just fine...he just wasdn't listening. Got past the number and got to the order.....told him 2 large pizzas.....he repeated "what do you want" 3x again...hung up and gave Little Caesars my business.

Poor customer service. Staff refused to honor my son's YSU discount. Stating that they do not have a partnership with YSU and told us several customers show him fake coupons or discount cards attempting to get free food. The guy then told us to contact YSU because there was nothing he could do to clear up the situation.

Terrible service. First pizza place my call got transferred because they weren't sure it was on the menu, and then was hung up on.

Rude people, I called to change something for my order and he caught attitude, not only that but my food was burnt especially breadsticks!

ordered pizza ale cart well done. received as i ordered. ready when i got to the window to pick-up. 23 minutes after ordering . try white sauce, roasted spinach, pretzel dough with garlic brushed crust , WELL DONE. i'd give it an 8.5 stars. white sauce a little bland. if you order a well done pizza online anywhere do not expect it to be ready when it says. they still have kinks in these automated ordering systems. especially when it has to do with delivery and ready times
