Easily the best restaurant within 6 hours in all directions. I've had the best in Chicago and New York in terms of Italian restaurants yet Scarsella's on Market St in Youngstown is the undisputed winner. My grandparents, who are not from the valley, no longer try to take me to Italian restaurants when I visit them in Chicago after I took them here. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely fantastic service! Prices are definitely higher than average, but you'll be unlikely to forget this meal anytime soon. Great food and wine pairings.

Scarsella's is my absolute favorite place to go for spaghetti and other Italian foods. They have great sauce, homemade pasta and amazing meatballs. If you have a chance to come here, do it! You won't regret it, I promise!
