Wonderful selection of delicious food!! Happy to be back again & turn someone else on to this local gem. We also went to the intimate theater tucked upstairs to see a marvelous performance of "The Year of Magical Thinking". Fantastic dessert and coffee served during intermission made it am evening I hope to repeat again.

Nice Euro-style decor! in the old Dollar bank building (vaults still there). I only had a simple turkey sandwich, but the smoked salmon appetizer was more challenging, yet well done!

Nestled in downtown Struthers, I found this a most unusual location for such a great restaurant. What appears to be an old bank, converted into a restaurant, demonstrates interesting character. I found almost all aspects of the dinner to be outstanding. The rolls that came out with the salads were warm and the mashed green olive topping was quite a surprise and very good. The salad was excellent. The meal itself was a bit under portioned, but that may just be me. My friend and I both order different desserts. This was the most disappointing part of the meal. Each dessert seems like the same basic cake, with different flavorings and different icings added. No character and nothing special. This part would be a not recommend. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. I will be returning soon, though I will be avoiding the desserts.

I really want to like this place but.... this was the third time we have eaten there and I probably would not have gone back for a third except for the fact that my friend was in a performance upstairs that night. We were seated and the waitress didn't come to acknowledge us until 20 minutes later. Someone brought us over dinner rolls in the meantime that were so dry that when we tried to butter them them literally crumbled apart. When the waitress finally came to our table she just started taking our food order and never even asked if we wanted something to drink. Eventually she brought us our drinks....she picked the glasses up from the top of the glass where you drink from and handed them to us, super gross. Our food was not good. My husband's beef tips were very fatty and rubbery. My pasta with vodka sauce tasted like Kraft macaroni and cheese. I added chicken to it for an up-charge and it was 5-6 bites of fatty chicken that I didn't even eat. My daughter's chicken dish was so salty she took half of it home and ended up throwing it out. I will say, however, that the desserts they served after the show were fabulous. Maybe they should just stick with what they do well and be a bakery only. I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend, nor will I return.
