Absolutely horrible! The manager just hung up on me regarding an extremely important matter about my dog who underwent surgery a few months ago. Freaking assholes.

I took my dog in to check out lumps, they said it wasn't anything and to keep an eye on it. He grew more. Made an appointment to have them removed and biopsied. They were cancer! While he was under, they did a sloppy, careless job on cutting and cotterizing his nails to start fresh. A month went by and his nails were still not healed and oozing. They did a botch job on the stitches from removing the lumps as well. Never going back!

We found both of our dogs through animal charity. We continue to take them there for vet appointments and grooming. These folks really care and we appreciate them so very much and all their hard work.

My dogs we're taken and housed here for 5 days. When they returned home they had a horrible cough. Here to find out it's kennel cough. Very poor facility and staff. Never will I even let their vet see my fur babies ever again. The cages smell of fecal matter and urine. Most of the animals are dingey and need bathed badly. For a place that's to help animals they don't even take care of them that well. Very poor and sad.
