This is an excellent museum. The displays are well organised. There are descriptions in good English & French. No mannequins & very little propaganda.

This is the Ethnographic Museum. Two floors with 3 sections on the second floor. The first floor consists of whatever exhibition they have at time of visit. Google shows another ethnographic museum on another adress which is WRONG, it just leads to a small road.
Entry fee is 20,000 dong as of April 2014.
