Basic, good location, no real water pressure. 4 stars for helpfull front desk who also spoke some English.

Stayed there several times over the last 8 years. Used to be a nice and cheap guesthouse with great staff. Unfortunately the current staff is quite surly and unhelpful. Limited English spoken. Location is good though and price acceptable for what you get (rooms haven't been updated since I first stayed, but are kept pretty clean), but I'm now staying elsewhere when in Can Tho.

Nice place, we just walked in without a reservation and was offered a room with window to the back for 350k dong per night. bed was alright, room looked a bit old with paint falling of the walls but its no big deal for us. Aircondition worked and was quite silent, room was quiet during the night. Warm water in the shower although water pressure on the lower end. Nice and friendly in the reception, booked us transfer and bus to ho chi minh with 1.5h notice.

Great location and great if you have a balcony room. Most of the other rooms are windowless prison cells. The beds were NOT comfortable for me - very soft and bouncy but manageable for 2 nights. Friendly staff . Again - great location
