Good sushi, poor service. Expensive place for poor experience. Didn't receive what we ordered but couldn't get grab anyone's attention (we tried) so ended up having to eat it. Manager promised dessert for women's day. Never received it. Once the manager left, so did the service of staff. They were standing around talking, cleaning up the restaurant to close or no where to be found. Couple times staff walked by our table and didn't speak to us, clear it and made did not make eye contact. Got up to pay and leave, that's when someone paid us attention. Being a manager myself, I feel sorry for the manager of that establishment and the staff he has to work with.

Really good Japanese food in Hanoi.
