Amazing home made style burgers at a great location in Tay Ho. I recommend the Tracy's Damn Good burger any day.

14 stools, 4 tables, pretty small place with one small screen and one large screen mounted on opposite walls. Not sure if this can be called a bar. More a burger stand. Friendly service.
Ordered Tracy's Damn Good Burger.
I was not asked how I like burger, so I assumed it would come to me in the standard cooked.
Bit in to raw meat....I told them that the burger was not cooked. One of the guys asked me if I had wanted it medium rare.
Nobody asked. Please remake.
They slipped the already topped burger patty out from the burger, slapped it back on the grill, and set the plate aside.
Every place I've ever been to remakes the whole burger. (Health & Safety concerns you see)
When I got my plate back, the burger was soggy and the fries were cold.
HUGE TURN OFF.
I don't know why this place got so many good ratings. Did I catch them on a bad day?
I will NOT go back.
There are much better burger places in Hanoi.
