We paid for rather expensive tickets expecting watching movie at 17:40. Lotte Cinema knew how to bother us with lots of advertisements, repeatedly. And though we were watching a cartoon movie with kids, a sensitive advertisement showed up naturally, and it didn't mind appearing again. Advertisements did not stop until 17:54, meaning that Lotte stole 14 minutes from us with inappropriate advertisement, even against kids.

Entrance from parking to ticket desk is dirty, and complicated to use elevator.

Only good point: smiling staff.

Crowded and they have only one or two elevators.

Very high and wide cinema room. Comfortable seat and friendly staffs. Not so crowded.
