I got massage here. Expensive and have to pay tax and service charge. Massage was not bad but therapists talked all the time during massage. And they forced us to pay tip.

The rooms are too small and cluttered. Location is good though. The service and staff is just OK.

For a short stay in Hanoi it is quite good. Nice staff, very friendly.
It's best located in the center, old quarter, in Hanoi.
