Location is good but small hotel and not so clean

There was a rat in our room. We asked to move and the only rooms that were available was the room next door and a room on another floor that the staff told us had a lice problem. We took the room next door and would you know it, 2 more rats climbing up the curtains. Night staff were useless. They wouldnt even plug up the hole in the roof thay that came down from. They came up to the room and went away. I had to go to reception where they were just watching videos. Day staff were nice and bellboy was very kind and helpfull. If it werent for the rats they would earn this hotel a positive review. The rats however are unacceptable and I would give it lower than 1 star if possible.

Old room. Fridge doesnt work. Everything looks like run down. The buffet does not offer varieties. But the price is cheaper than other branch.

Room different from online. Fake advertising. Room is just enough to step in with luggage.

Strategic location although don't expect much as this is a small hotel. Good for tourists to roam Hanoi old quarter and sleep at night
