fantastic lake view point at balcony.And the service is also great.But it's away from view points.Also it's not convenient that there is so few eating places aroud here!!🌚🌚

Adequate hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Irregular bar and food services. Trouble communicating in English with staff. Confusing name.

The hygiene in this hotel is so suck! There are a lot of lice on the bed!

Not a very nice hotel to stay in. Despite the view which is great (look outside the famous West Lake), the price is overcharged and not really come with the quality of the service.
