The hotel is very good located. It is situated in the area of Old Quarter, just a few minutes walking from Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral, the Notre Dame Vietnamese replica in Hanoi. I had a special warm welcome all times that I went back in this hotel, and this was happend a few times. Finally I felt like this was my home for a while, a place that I was every time coming back... They arranged all the trips in Vietnam for me and fixed every detail to find the best issues and hotels all over. A positive impression was the fluently English spoken. Personally I really appreciated the effort for finding my flight tickets for Cambodgia trip as well, for what I decided in the last moment. It was the best experience with this. All the rooms here that were reserved for me had very nice arrangement, good furniture and design and not the last, all very clean as well. Good breakfast at the last level of the hotel (9 L) , with a great view of the neighborhood and Old Quarter. I just want to say that when I will be in Hanoi next time, definitely asap, they can be sure already that this is surely my only choice for my accommodation in that City !

Great staff and perfect location!! Breakfast was delicicius. Many thanks to Jenny, Duy, Huong and Stephen who made our stay in Hanoi. Courteous, smiley, helpful... there are no words to describe how happy we are of having chosen this Hotel for our stay in Hanoy. Thank you all!
