Pros:
Great location.
Good for short stay.
Breakfast was okay - simple but good enough.
Excellent air conditioning (in rooms).
Friendly staff on door, they really make you feel welcomed.

Cons:
Dark rooms.
Cold showers.
Don't look under the bed. Ignorance is bliss.
Very, very firm beds (might be a pro for some!) and you only get one thin pillow.
Laundry service seemed over priced.

Overall: good enough for a short stay, and truly is in an unbeatable spot - one a quiet, tucked away Street in central Hanoi. 3 Stars, as some elements could have been better.

Very good and confortable. The localisation is perfect. Good breakfeast.

Basically the hotel is a great place to stay. But no over night parking which was inaccurate informed to me on Agoda. Cos I am on a motorbiking trip and needed a parking.
