It's a small boutique hotel. Rooms are clean and staff are very very friendly and attentive. Their service is the best among all the large and small hotels I've been to.

Notebook is sep up every single room, even if so slow you can call using skype can send mail.
If you hesitate or compare with other hotels should stay here, you are not regret 🙊☺️

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Elegance Diamond a few years ago. The hotel was incredibly hospitable. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor a few nights and had great conversation with the restaurant manager.
The rooms were clean and well kept. Our room provided complemtary dry cleaning and champagne.

I would recommend this hotel. We will stay there on our next trip to Hanoi.

We had a quick 2 night stay at this property. The staff is also extremely courteous and service level high. We checked-in really late around 11 pm and the bar had closed but the bell hop did a personal beer run for us to some store to get us a couple bottle of beers. Great first impression for sure. The breakfast was also more than decent and again the service by Hana, Christina and the rest of the staff was just awesome. The location being in the Old Quarter was great for us tourists in a time crunch. Basically a whole day spent in the area for history, culture and of course all types of delicious foods around. Tip: Egg Coffee at Giang coffee is just around the corner, and further up a block is Bun Cha Ta for some famous Hanoi rice noodle dish Bun Cha.
This being a boutique hotel the room is cute but it's enough for the quick stay. Overall, for the price paid, this is a great value stay in Hanoi.
