Most beautiful room I've had. The bathroom is gorgeous and has strong water pressure. However you need to be careful because it gets hot VERY fast and can burn you! I know it sounds like common sense but I burned myself washing my hands and my friend got burned taking a shower. Also strangely you run out of hot water quickly and end up taking the rest of your shower in the cold. Otherwise, it was great very hospitable/professional staff. Would recommend.

Bearing in mind for the price you pay, this place tick all the boxes for me.
1. Great location, accessible to everything
2. Clean, basic room.
3. Efficient and friendly staff
4. Good range of breakfast spread
5. Quick and easy process from checking in to checking out with no hassle.

It is 10 minutes from the best place in Hoan Kiem! (Vietnam hanoi hoan kiem) for Hanoi tourists arriving on Saturday and Sunday on Friday.
It is a place to recommend to friends.

staff are friendly, speak english well and are honest. They really took care of me as a single traveller. I would recommend this hotel to most travellers seeking a price friendly clean and organized hotel. The renovation work is completed and it's up to quality standards.

The Hanoi Amazing Hotel is the very same as Hanoi Graceful Hotel. The Hotel is currently under construction as they are renewing all rooms. We got one of the already renovated rooms and it was great. Very clean, nice bathroom with the best shower we ever had in Vietnam and a comfortable bed. There is also a safe in the room which is always good to store the passport.
The staff is lovely and more than helpfull. They will help you to get to know the most important things in Vietnam, for example how to safely cross a street. For those that are first timers in this country, this kind of service is great. Further more they will help you simply with everything if you have a question.
We would definetly come back here.
