I had a vindowless room at a super price, the room were all good. The bathroom could have gotten a second look though. The personell were absolutely super, as well as the breakfast. Full score for the money.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and the location is excellent, especially at the weekend when the night market is on.
The rooms are basic, clean but nothing at all special to look at. The cheaper room has two pretend windows which look out onto the corridor and a wall. We were upgraded for one night and our upgraded room was similar but with a real window looking out over the street (with a tree blocking any view). If you are after a swanky room this is not the place, HOWEVER the helpful staff made my whole trip smooth and relaxing and breakfast is included. (There is a choice of eggs on toast, pancakes and pho every morning and fresh fresh.)

I would recommend staying here if you aren't staying in your room too much. I would definitely stay again!

The best thing about this hotel is the great staff. Always a smile and happy to help as much as they can. The rooms are basic, we where upgraded one night and the upgraded room is slightly bigger, had a larger external window and had a propper double bed but didn't notice much more of a difference.
There is a small scooter parking area (side walk in front of the hotel) where we parked our scooters. Didn't look real secure, but our bikes were fine. Also the standard double room actually has two single beds pushed together. Not comfortable in the centre and had two single covers as well. The breakfast is nice but limited options. All in all its a 50/50 if we would stay here. It was good and the staff amazing, but was it good enough to not try another place??

Staff was friendly and having a free breakfast is awesome. Great location.

We stay here before and after a 2 night Halong bay cruise. Left our luggage and dirty clothes behind. Came back with the clothes cleaned and luggage already in the room. The most friendly staff! Perfect location. Wish we stayed longer in Hanoi.
