Awesome hotel! We had booked an AirBnB that ended up being horrible, so we had to find alternate accommodations ASAP. Thankfully, Meracus was nearby! Very comfortable and clean rooms, excellent showers with high water pressure, excellent service. Front desk staff speak plenty of English. Complementary breakfast was pretty good.

Only annoyance is that you have to leave your key fob in the room to keep the AC going. Not a big deal though, you can just take your key off the fob.

The neighborhood is great. The hotel is on a street that appears to specialize in shoe vendors. If you walk a block or two north, there are tons of good restaurants. Very family friendly. On weekends, the streets north of the hotel are closed off so that kids can run around and street vendors can come out en masse. Surprisingly neighborly for a large city.

Would strongly recommend for anyone.

All great but no bar. Good value. Air con in larger rooms could be a lot better. The location is great. Breakfast great. Staff the best.
