Nice hotel in Hanoi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excelent. You can find better prices for tours in other tourist agencies . Laundry services is bad.

Posh is a very homey wonderful hotel, incredible value for very little money. Great comfortable rooms kept perfectly clean, good food, and most of all, a wonderful hardworking lovable staff who showered us with kindness. We were in and out of Hanoi a few times and always felt as if we were coming "home" to the Posh. We loved it. THANK YOU ALL.

Great location, clean room and super helpful staffs. I have been traveling a lot and this is my favorite hotel in Hanoi every time i go there either for travel or on my business. The staffs were excellent, very friendly and attentive, willing to help in all ways to make our holiday great. Yummy breakfast. Great restaurant on the top of the building. Comfortable and spacious rooms. We got a free early check in at 8:00 AM

The neighborhood is cool, it's an easy walk to most places, but still quiet from the mess that is the Old Quarter party center. If you like a quiet, quiet is relative in Hanoi, and safe area, this would be a good choice. I stayed here twice.
The rooms are quaint, but clean, and the staff is very helpful.
Rooms can probably use a bit of refreshing, but this is an old French style building so you have to expect certain issues. I'd stay here again because of the helpful staff and close but quiet neighborhood.
