Stayed twice at this quiet hotel, located in an alley in the Old Quarter. Nice rooms with comfortable beds & well-appointed bathrooms. Many amenities including a complementary fruit bowl. Staff is solicitous & friendly - especially Emily.

Incredible staff, perfect location, great value!

5 days before I checked in, they offered to hold my bags overnight and give me a private room to shower and change my clothes. Coffee is offered whenever I walk through the door. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are large, the staff are wonderful and the price is just right.

I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit to Hanoi.

We just checked out of this hotel and I felt the need to review it immediately! We had a very pleasant 2-night stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, quiet, modern, and situated on a cute little alley. Breakfast was great and we were served quickly. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Old Quarter!

Great hotel and great value! Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Very central location and tucked away in a smaller street that is bustling in the morning with fruit vendors! Great spot in the old quarter.

*Edit* While this was not an ideal situation, they handed it very well.

I really did not enjoy my stay here. There was confusion over the room that I was going to stay in. The air conditioner did not work properly and I had to go down to the desk twice to ask to fix it. The last thing you want is no AC on the 7th floor in the middle of June. An hour later and two more trips downstairs and I was moved to a hotel down the street.
