Mediocre place. Utter and total disregard for vegetarians. Bad coffee.. below avg breads. Strict check out rules. Charge you $40 if you request 2 pm check out. Decent bed and decent space in otherewise blant rooms though but thats probably what you get for the price. Although those boutiquw boutique hotels are far better. How on earth does this place have a rating of 4.3 on google!!?! Shakes my faith with reviews.

Great service, as is to be expected from a Japanese hotel. Many Japanese businessmen use this hotel. Toilet seat has heating. Restaurants were decently priced.

May not be as new as some other hotels, but this is definitely one of the top picks for me in Hanoi.

Do not trust anything in this hotel. Staff barely communicate in English. No manager around from the 31st - 4th Jan, office is close, no manager. Contaminate Food, Shady Exchange counter, Tricky bell boy who will hailed you and ask if you'd can have an off meter service. Old Extra Bed - you can feel the steel beneath the mattress but not the mattress. Housekeeping wondering in your room when the DND sign is on and you are in the room.
