Stayed here for 1 night only but I really got much of impressive memory. Firstly, when you came to hotel, it was late, around 11-11.30 pm, but the young man receptionist was still did our procedure check in very fast with smile. Then we order supper to our room because of long flight tired, the bell man served us 15 minutes later and did not forget to say :"have good dinner"!
We read a lot of comment about the hotel view from the high floor but we were so tired to experienced it even we were set up in the highest floor with lake view with the receptionist said, anyway, it is really worth to offer upper floor.
The breakfast was amazing with much of choices but the restaurant located in base floor without window, and it seems quite small for a big group have breakfast in the same time.
When we checked out, the man from sales department ask us about our stay, food and everything with a really good attitude and chat with us while waiting for the car to airport. It is probably his business to take care their customer but we still feel happy and was fell treated like a boss ^_^.
Highly recommend this hotel with super service and suitable for couple, family or business who need a good and quite environment.
