Good & comfortable stay, staff are helpful, buffet breakfast has wide spread, nice location which is not too crowded.

Room is ok. But service is not equal to 80USD per night. Poor breakfast. Donnot serve room service at night. Without babe shop or hair cut

First thing I noticed with this hotel is its obsession with those capacitive buttons. They offer no tactile feedback and rely on you praying it is working properly. On one occasion the elevator was malfunctioning and the other one wouldn't come down because it had detected the faulty one being down.

The room was very nice and at first glance seemed to be basically perfect for the price. The wooden flooring and use of glass and marble created a very premium and luxurious look despite the size. The bathroom has a bath-shower setup with a Japanese toilet. There was no translation as to how to use the toilet but the basic flush was easy enough to find. The most glaring aspects of this hotel is the use of those touch buttons.

The central console had labelled Metal buttons which some don't work, are delayed and don't give direct feedback on whether it should be working or not. Further more, below this console was the actual input-output box which clicks everytime a button is pushed, also taking up space on the bedside table. One of the lights would never turn off so I had to plug it out myself.

The WiFi is fine, being able to play YouTube videos at a lowish quality without lag, though it does sometimes drop out.

The bed is a usual double with ensemble (so it's not one of those local Vietnamese beds) with cheapish sheets which reminded me of my time sleeping in permanent military base beds (which were alright).

For two nights, the place seemed acceptable for the short time I stayed in it. Would recommend

Very Very Dissapointed . Would never use again. We recently did a trip to vietnam which was fantastic except for the experience we had here.
we left a £100 dollar note on our dresser, in a rush on our way out as i was feeling ill and on return after the room was cleaned it had gone. The staff made many excuses and not allowing us to speak to the manager. It was only a £100 dollars to them and they made no effort to explain or rectify. This was a genuine theft and we feel very let down in that obviosly the cleaner had taken it and yet it was just overlooked.
