Good service with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. The hot water in the bathroom isn't that hot, but it is a very warm climate, so it's acceptable.

Unacceptable and unreliable business practice!

I have booked and paid for 3 nights but when I reached the hotel, there was no room available for me in this hotel! This is really an unbelievable experience-bad management.

This is a good hotel for about $30 US per night. The staff is absolutely fantastc and the location is great. Breakfast is pretty good. There are restaurants and small grocery stores within walking distance, and the souvenir vendors come right to the hotel. There is a huge market very close by. Taxis arrive in seconds when hotel staff call. The rooms are nice although they were doing some light remodeling in the hall of the floor I was on. On the top floor, they have a pool and a rock garden, both with panoramic views of the city. This place is nice and I would definitely stay here again.
