We stayed here for 1 night after finishing a 2 week tour of Vietnam. it was beautiful, funky, clean hotel and also had such wonderful, helpful staff. The little dried apricots and drinks on arrival was also such a lovely delicious personal touch!!

Fantastic hotel. Service is over the top. Very personable and always there to help you. Located in the heart of the old quarter among great shops and restaurants. Staff will go out of their way to help you, welcome you with a smile, orientate you and make your stay very comfortable. Even provide a room to shower after check out if you have a late flight to catch.
