Terrible service, the price is not worth.they just touching your foot but not massage,the rate is not real. In Hanoi ,you can find more high level lower price massage store.

If have non-star then I will rate it, they have a massage information request before massage but it is not work, they still do what they like so I have no idea why fill out that form, bad skill with bad attitude, hope their massage skill as good as their eloquence
Anyway i never had kind of this bad experience of massage

The spa is beautiful, massage so-so. Facilities are wonderful. I had a 2+ hour massage combo for something like $50. 2X than in a street massage place, but this spa is clean and fancy. One star off because it was a really aggressive massage. Even the facial was done fast and hard. The top of my scalp hurts!

It was my last day of 11 days' Vietnam trip. I too much walked and was extremely tired. The massage that I received the day before was not sufficient. The hotel reciptionist suggested this massage shop.
What I received was Vietnamese Touch, which is one of SF signatures, starting from steam sauna. The price was somewhat expensive than other shops, but worthy paying in the end. Very comfortable and relaxing. The dressing rooms were separated from men and women, and the massage room was reserved for one person.
There are many other asian customers, so you might need a reservation beforehand. However, I supposed the staffs also controled the customers' moving pass. I never faced other customers except at the reception.
If I revisit to Hanoi, I am sure fo revisiting here.
One good thing is, that they receive the credit card without any additional fee!!; in many hotels, restaurants, massage shops in Vietnam, they rarely received the credit card, with even 3 % of the additional fee.
It would be better if they have more promotion.

I can say you won't regret to pick this place.Don't ask. Don't see any review. Just go take this massage and then you realize
