It's a small shop, has aircon. But the book is divide into separate place, staff's friendly, they will instruct you to find a book you want, most of the book is Vietnamese language.
All the book here if you buy, you get 10% for discount, every time.
You can take a seat up stair and read book for free!

Paradise for addicts of discounted books. Got 10%~30% lower price every purchase. But books are in Vietnamese only so can't recommend for expats. But great place to shop for newest books!
