The staffs are frienly.
The dentist is so focus on working that they don't talk much with the patient.

In terms of presentation and cleanliness, facility was pretty acceptable. However, I wasn't too happy with the dentist I was assigned. She did my cleaning but that's all. She didn't discuss with me about how to take care of my teeth or anything. The only conversation we had was because I asked questions. There's a difference between a dental professional who really loves his/her job and one that just does what he/she has to do. This one I feel was the latter. In other words, just "ok".

I visited this dentist clinic beginning of this week for teeth decay cleaning. A young female dentist proceeded for me. It's not comfortable for me because she made with little hurt. Last year, I had done the same decay cleaning at Minh Khai dentist center and everything had been smooth and comfortable.

I had a tooth implant done at this surgery and I'm pleased to say that I'm extremely happy with the result. Excellent staff, latest equipment and no problem with language.

Last year, I visited here because of toothache. Instead find out which is problem, the female dentist who does first investigation focused on removing the wisdom teeth although it has no pain.
This year, I visited again and met her again with the same way. The female dentist who does first investigation doesn’t open or pleasure to explain to me. I don’t have deep knowledge on dental, obsoletely but as a client, I would need to understand what happen with my teeth. She just provide me with “you have to do this” and it’s up to me to do or not. Not a customer oriented behavior.
