Room had a leak upon check-in, maintainance fixed with glue which had a very strong solvent smell for the remainder of the day.
In house casino prevented us from entering, demanding to see our passports which we do not carry around at all times!
Construction began at 6am about 20 meters from our room ..earplugs don't stop the vibration so could not sleep through.
As stated in another review priority was NOT guests, Parties meant we suffered! We could not access the pool or gym area on our second day at the hotel. Only told when we went to enter by staff who appeared to find it funny and said we could use the next day (we check out the next day) We later got a letter hand delivered telling us we couldn't use this public area due to a private party after we already were physically turned away when trying to use these guest amenity's.
The only other public area was closed due to a Google function so we had no where to relax in the entire hotel other than just staying in our dark room.
There is nowhere to sit and relax in the lobby other than a round seat next to reception.. certainly could not unwind or get peace and quiet.
Nice old hotel but the little things spoilt our stay.. we honesty choose this hotel for the pool area. We planned to hang out by the pool for our afternoon so this ruined a good portion of our time here after a hot sticky day, swimming and hanging poolside was all we felt like - and a big part of what it means to me to be on holiday and too have fun during my hotel stay... big let down if we knew we could of booked elsewhere and be happy.

I recommend this place. Nice staff with good English skills. Food is good and the room I stayed in was well appointed and clean. It's not the closest Hotel to the city centre but it's only 3.5k so this is a first world comment. It is close to the airport, only 10 mins which is approx. 70,000VND Uber ride away.

I would avoid this hotel. They seem to prioritize people there for parties over their guests. I picked this hotel, because it was near the airport and I had a very early flight. Shortly, after I was ready to go to bed, very loud amplified music started from the pool area 3 floors below. It cut through the double pane windows like the windows were not there. After about an hour, the loud music was replaced by equally loud off key karaoke. I could not read, work, or watch TV comfortably. I called the front desk and they apologized, but made it clear the party had priority. Needless to say, getting up at 4am for my 20 hours of flying was miserable. I would not book this hotel if a good nights rest is important to you.

Near the airport and popular with the airline crews. They also had two conferences at the same time so the place was busy. The hospitality I experienced in Hanoi wasn't the same. The room was supposed to be non smoking but the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming so I asked for another room, which they did quickly.
The location is a bit far from the centre but easy to get to by taxi and costs about £2
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent.
