Ok hotel, clean sheets but very thin-walled.. Hear lots of stuff going on in the rooms..
AC had low efficiency, set to coldest (18c) and it barely maintained around 25c in the room. Left stuff for laundry and it came back clean and neatly folded around 8hours later, although we had to ask for it to get it back so quickly (which we had to since we were checking out very early next morning)
Extra water, towels and similar is available from reception upon request. Bed is quite comfortable.

Stayed here in June 2016 for 8 nights on 2 separate occasions, got the same clean room with good A/C.
Used buses for travel around town and walked to local eateries for food.
Would definitely use this hotel again when in HCM City.
