Poor house/keeping.
Bed cover as a blanket also how unhygienic it is, at least with an under-layer of bed sheet looks more healthy.
Night Security guard and front desk guy very corrupted, during night they will aim at unfamiliar visitor, any opportunity they will ask for ransom.
The basic rule is no visitor allows, its fine. No entry but not ...

It is not good hotel but reasonable price. Staff can speak english a little. You can use free wifi.
