Though they have fantastic ice cream, their flagship item, the chocolate garden pot, is was out of stock 4 / 5 visits. lol yes my wife and I did count our visits. According to her, it's likely due to them making use of a marketing strategy that discretely directs hooked customers to purchase for more profitable menu items.
