Excellent cut and colour! I was initially very hesitant to book someone other than a senior stylist do my hair but anh Linh took care of my balayage, highlights, olaplex and cut. Even after a month my hair looks great with just a towel dry. It looks natural and effortless.
Reception was very friendly and helpful with me booking a last minute 6 hour long appointment.
Caveat emptor: Their prices are clearly listed and employees do tell you the price after consultation. (Consultation was very thorough and my stylist took the time to ask about my lifestyle, decipher what I wanted in terms of style etc. ) You get what you pay for. Yes, it's probably one of the most expensive salons in HCMC but I've been to salons triple the price in Sydney, Toronto, HK and I can say that I am happiest with Concept Coiffure.
only one comment: I disliked the trainee working on my hair. Xin nói thợ phụ cẩn thận hơn.
I will be saving my cuts and color for whenever I am in HCMC~

Excellent cuts every time! It's my 2nd time here in a span of a month because I wanted to get a bob the 2nd time around. This isn't my lovely hairstylist's fault though because I insisted on the 1st haircut and I should have listened to her and communicated more. Lesson learned! But she was able to make it so much better this time and now I know to always trust her whenever I get a cut and I'm definitely coming back!

I strongly recommend this place! It is located in the expat neighborhood, so they really know how to treat their clients. Visit the place without any delay!

Nice looking placing - clean and with a good head massage. However, I went for a keratin treatment and was extremely dissapointed with the result. Having done the same treatment many times in the past, the treatment at Concept Coiffure was certainly not up to good standards. I paid a lot of money for no results at all! I called to complain about it and was promised a call back, but never got one either.

Very nice place. Good staff and does a good job for hair cut and styling. I recommend it. Price is a bit high but worth every penny for the quality.
