My bunny was in emergency, got diarrhea , I rushed to there with appointment. All I get is that they said doctor will take a look at it, and I have to wait for half an hour to have him come out and take one look at my bunny. The clinic is not even busy. then he got phone call, and walked out and called some kids to come and do IV on my bunny. The saline was dripping out of the needle. They don't even recommend me leaving the bunny so they can look til it get better. It was raining outside. And so, after an hour leaving the place, my beloved bunny died in my hands. Fk this place, will not recommend it to anyone.

The staff just say it's not them, never a sorry.
Cattery- I left my cat here 1 week. I picked her up smelling of piss. She was ill for a few days so I took her to another vet where we found out she got ill while at the Cattery and they didn't even notice.
Staff extremely rude and have no care for animals.
Health check.... Con. Tell you once price then once finished charge you double.

Please take far away from this shop, I cannot keep patient of those staffs' attitude when he asks me for waiting for nothing and the f**king way of the money charging. I have to spend a lot of money but I don't know why and they refuse to explain to everything and they use the aggressive attitude, want to create te war when I give them my concerns with the most kindness.
Oh my god, please close this shop as soon as possible, It is a shame for Vietnamese.

Assistance aren't friendly and overact!!!
One little patient was passed away there but no one announced to the other customers, we just waited outside for our turns. Suddenly the doctor came and yelled out all of the customers. He asked why we can stay and talk and laugh when inside the clinic a dog just dead and his owner was crying?! Excuse me!!! We didn't make any loud sound or even laughed and we didn't even know that!!! After that, he kicked all of the customers out!

Extremely rude!!! We called with an emergency and the person answered was extremely rude and judgmental. If you're going to be upset when customers calls after hours with an emergency then DO NOT list that you offer 24/24 emergency service!
Typical worthless service that's apparent throughout Vietnam. You would be out of business in the US or any other developed countries with this type of atrocious service and the way you people treat your customers.
I will never bring my pet to such an unprofessional and uncaring clinic and will advise every other pet owner to stay away from this place as well. If this is how they treat their customers, imagine how they'll be treating your fur baby. If I could give zero stars to this place, I would in a heartbeat!
