Very friendly staff, with good English. Before you pay for room, they show you how doest the room looks like, very good location. Don't expect luxury accomodation but for this price you have really good accomodation. Breakfast possible. Fast wifi.

The hotel is a step up from a hostel. After arriving we left and booked into another hotel rather than stay.

Clean room and facilities. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Had a secure parking area for motorbikes. Would definitely recommend if staying in Ha Long City.
