Great stay! They offer free beer for happy hour and breakfast is included. Awesome value for money. Staff super nice, kind and helpful. I had problems with my motorbike and they were perfect

Good location, amazing staff, very cheap (at least in low season), free bottle of beer, breakfast included ... Negatives - not very clean, dirty bed sheets, no toilet paper, fairly safe... The whole Halong city is one big joke built for Chinese tourists, without access to the sea.

Filthy room, filthy sheets and a filthy bathroom. You could obviously see that our pillow cases hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom drain was clogged and made the room smell awful! Had to keep the windows open just to make the smell bearable. Just gross overall. Girl working the reception downstairs was nice. Location was nice. Price was good.

Very filthy. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. There was almost no water coming out of the shower. And the music in the bar was super loud, al the time! The girl who works during the day is super nice, but the guys who took over het shift treated me like crap. If they had to do some work they sighed.
