Good Menu - good location - a mix of Vietnamese and Italian. Food quality is above average ... they still have to improve the Pizzas (Dough!)... but overall it is good there .

They have a much cheaper menu for breakfast, and we're glad to find this eatery open with great service from the lady in the morning! Had to leave for the bus at 7am, and had breakfast at 6am. We also tried their pizza for lunch once, which was pretty yummy.

I am guessing from reviews pizza is better than the pasta. We had pastas all around. It was okay, a little over cooked , lasagna was doughy.
Salads were fresh and good. Huge chunk of cheese on the Caprese salad very tasty but I couldn't finish it.
Prices are reasonable ..
heaps better food quality than that allegedly Spanish "restaurant" next door. I would go back again for a pizza but I am not a pizza eating kind of guy due to my own cheesy issues.
